Will there be guidance during the Hajj Trip?
Yes. No matter which package you choose, a guide will accompany the group. At the same time we advise that you are fully aware of the Hajj or Umrah rituals prior to departure, according to your specific beliefs or sect, as
we take no responsibility for this.

Types of Hajj?
There are three ways of performing the Hajj

  • Hajj al-Tamattu
  • Hajj al-Ifrad
  • Hajj al-Qiran

The Hajj we perform?
Hajj al-Tamattu or Hajj al-Qiran;. Hajj al-Tamattu involves performing Umrah and then Hajj, with one Ihram for each. This is the most popular choice amongst pilgrims each year.

Hajj al-Qiran involves performing Umrah and Hajj in the same Ihram having made intention for both together upon crossing the Miqat. The reward for this is greater if you’re able to maintain it throughout – speak to family and friends before making your choice.

Money, Currency & Exchange Rate?
The local currency in Saudi Arabia is Saudi Riyals. Exchange rates vary from time to time so should be checked prior to travel. Current rates are between 4 & 5 riyals.

Visa and MasterCard are accepted at ATMS for withdrawals also.

The amount of money one should carry does vary from one person to another.

Medical Emergency or illness?
First aid will be available within our group. Medical Facilities such as hospitals and temporary clinics are available in Saudi Arabia as well as access to Pharmacies. We do recommend that you carry any specific medications with you that suitable cover of travel insurance is in place.

Fixed Package or Custom Package?
Hajj Packages are fixed and we do not offer any custom packages. Umrah packages are available for both fixed and custom travel.

Hotel Selection?
You can select and book any hotel listed on this website for your custom made package for Umrah. You are advised to check external rating agencies or reviews before booking as standards may vary compared to UK standards.

What if I am unhappy with the package?
If at any time you are unhappy with our service before, while or after your trip, you must get in touch with a member of our team if in Saudi Arabia so that we can resolve any problem immediately. Alternatively if you are still unhappy please follow our complaints policy.

Guidance during my Umrah?
Please check before booking as we do not take responsibility of guidance during the actual performance of the Umrah i.e. Tawaf or Sa’I. It is recommended to seek religious guidance and knowledge prior to your trip.

Hotels Check In and Check Out?
During Hajj & Peak Umrah days, check-in times varies from Hotel to Hotel. We recommend that you make provisions for Check In @6pm onwards and Check Out @ 12am. We do not take responsibility for Hotels timings and it is recommended you check prior to travel.
